2015 ADULT CLASSES STARTING THIS THURSDAY

ADULT CLASSES will officially start this week from Thursday evening 7.30pm - 8.30pm

KARATE GI's (uniforms)
I will be taking orders for Karate Gi's this week and the next, so if you are after an uniform please see me after class.

My boys have gained focus,technique,strength & flexibility doing the Thursday night class. I quite enjoy our adults class too. The other adults are nice & we are learning great techniques whilst getting fit and acquiring minor bruises. All good though lol,Thanks Sensei Greg
